Day 2 (overnight)
Sunday
Wake up to a scrumptious Moroccan family breakfast consisting of Moroccan crepes, coffee, tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs and the famous Moroccan semolina bread (harcha).
A morning trip to a local market to purchase the ingredients of tonight’s dinner, mornings are the best time to go to the market. You will have lunch in the village before coming back to Villa Bourdoud for an afternoon of trying your hand at Moroccan cuisine. We’ll start simple today and work up to an exciting final dinner at the end of your week!
You'll create a wonderful Moroccan meal of appetizers, salad, a main dish and a dessert, which you will then enjoy together for dinner, accompanied by wine from area producers. Moroccans eat late, so we’ll have a typical afternoon coffee and tea break before dinner.

More than any other Moroccan town, Meknes is associated with a single figure, the Sultan Moulay Ismail, during his 55-year reign (1672-1721) the city was built up from a provincial centre to a spectacular capital with twenty gates, over fifty palaces and some 45 km of exterior walls.
