Closest Airport: The Citadella is located two and a half hours north of Rome, in Central Italy.  There are two nearby airports, (Pescara and Ancona) each an hour and a half drive away.

Culinary vacations are available all year round upon request.

Please note, winter is a wonderful time to visit to experience snow and a beautiful winter wonderland in the mountains.

Cooking weeks or days can be customized with more sightseeing, less cooking for non-cooking partners.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, cheque or money orders in CAD $.
Place a Deposit on Your Dream.
We please require a deposit of 30% sixty days in advance.

Please note: Your deposit is non-refundable due to the fact that our travel partners will be in receipt of monies, however in most instances the deposit can be applied to future travel.

Balance due.
Balance is due no later than 30 days before departure.
