Come and cook in our country kitchen studio…get ready to roll your sleeves up! 

Our hands-on classes are very intimate – we welcome a maximum of 8 into our kitchen per class.   We will create inspiring holiday dishes and also focus on the bounty of seasonal produce that grows in our own ‘backyard’.

In our hands-on class we'll hand-make a delicious selection of 4 appetizers...take your pick!  The first person to sign up makes the choice.  We’ll make the appetizers and at the end of the session we will sample our gourmet holiday hors d’oeuvres (and there may even be some left to take home)!

Price:  $45 for our 2 -2-1/2 hour class.

Please email us if you would like other class scheduling information and if you have any suggestions as to what you would like to see.  We’ll run a cooking class with a minimum of 2 persons.  And if you have a group of 4 we can customize a class for you - you pick the date!

Single class and workshops available with a 2 person minimum. And if you have a group of 4 we can customize a class for you - you pick the date!

Cash or Cheque (issued to Gourmet Safari Inc.).
Please let us know 7 days prior to class if you are unable to attend. If you have to cancel at the last minute then let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate rebooking for another date.
Menus and prices are subject to change.
Please advise us of ALL food allergies or sensitivities in advance. Dietary restrictions are never an issue, in fact, they are happily accommodated.
