class (more possible for a demo class). We will
create inspiring dishes and also focus on the bounty
of seasonal produce that grows in our own ‘backyard’.

Start with Asparagus Fries with Smoked Paprika Aioli, Coriander Crusted Salmon with Strawberr.y Salsa, Grilled Green Asparagus drizzled with a Chipotle Strawberry Vinaigrette, Spring Potatoes with Garlic Scapes and finishing with a Gingered Rhubarb Apple Crisp.

trendy Spanish Tapas are the perfect way to entertain
- turn an evening into a fiesta and shake off the winter
blahs! Ole!
We made 6 delicious
traditional Spanish Tapas dishes – Chicken &
Roasted Red Pepper Skewers, Patatas bravas / Crisp spiced
potatoes, Chickpeas with Chorizo Sausage, Spanish Caramelized
Onion and Feta Cheese Quesadillas, Champinones Al Ajillo/Mushrooms
in Garlic Sauce, Pepper Salad with Croutons. Ending
the evening with a delicious dessert of Crema Catalana.

Tastes of Thai Menu.
Fun, easy and
delicious recipes straight from Thailand were made together.
The couples whiped up a complete meal of Rice Paper
Spring Rolls with 4 Dipping Sauces, Thai Grilled Chicken,
Green Mango Salad, Pad Thai Noodles and finished with
Bananas in Coconut Milk.

you have a group of 4 we can customize a class for you
- you pick the date!
Cash or Cheque
(issued Gourmet Safari Inc.).
Please let us know 7 days prior to class if you are
unable to attend. If you have to cancel at the last
minute then let us know as soon as possible and we will
do our best to accommodate rebooking for another date.
Menus and prices are subject to change.
Please advise us of ALL food allergies or sensitivities
in advance. Dietary restrictions are never an issue,
in fact, they are happily accommodated.
