6 days in Provence - a food lover’s paradise. Unpack and relax, you stay here for a week. And we have a wide range of cultural explorations; your experience will be a journey of tastes. We feature a ‘Sample Itinerary’ which offers a suggested culinary program. Modifications to the program are easy enough as we’re flexible. Each outing is of course subject to weather, availability and whether or not it compliments your interests. Rest assured that an exceptional week is planned to highlight the very best of the region. You will enjoy fabulous wine tastings, informative guided tours, markets and delicious gourmet food.

Arrival - Bienvenue
Evening welcome dinner in the restaurant, a gastronomic night to be remembered (excluding drinks).

Car rental is highly recommended for this program to have the flexibility that you want to explore freely. If you would like to rent a car please let us know & we’ll gladly make the arrangements before you leave and of course provide you with detailed driving instructions for the easy drive to La Cadiere d'Azur Village..

Day 2(overnight)
Monday
Buffet breakfast
Visit the vegetable garden and gather seasonal vegetables.
Your 1st cooking lesson in "La Bastide des Saveurs" traditional Provencal country house kitchen - don your personalized hat and house apron – it’s the “Day of the meat.”
Your class is followed by lunch of the dishes that you created & is served with local wines under the arbour of the Bastide (weather permitting).
Afternoon excursion.
Free evening to relax & explore the surroundings – the garden, a walk or visit the closest town for dinner. Consult your handy Safari Kit for local restaurant recommendations…it’s an excellent resource and researched to ensure that your gastronomic experience is top notch.

Tuesday
Buffet breakfast
Departure early in the morning for the local country market in Sanary. Await the arrival of the fishing boats and visit the fishmongers’ stalls on the pier.
Return to the Bastide with fresh fish for your 2nd cooking lesson and the preparation of today’s lunch.
Afternoon excursion.
Free evening.

Buffet breakfast
Vegetables are on today’s menu for your 3rd cooking lesson. Prepare stuffed vegetables, aubergine (eggplant) caviar, tian, truccia, followed by a "tasting" and tasty lunch.
Afternoon excursion.

Today’s 4th cooking lesson evolves around desserts. Prepare desserts with honey, chocolate, sorbets and enjoy.

and interests vary so widely, a rental car is truly
necessary for you to have the flexibility that you desire…we
will happily make the arrangements for you.
