Discover the way of life of the Provençal people – visit local markets offering locally renowned products – from olive oil to fine wines & cheeses. Absorb the colours, flavours & perfumes that are the essence of Provence. Patrick will display his culinary art & disclose the secrets of Provençal cuisine while you cook.

	Your week takes place at a beautiful historic farmhouse. The farmhouse is only a 15 minute walk from the village of Roussillon, a beautiful and well-known historic village with many restaurants, many shops and full of charm and character. The farmhouse has been completely renovated and is beautifully furnished. It has a swimming pool, olive trees and a garden kitchen. Day by day the team will help you to discover the characteristic way of life of the Provençal people. You will visit traditional markets of this region offering all the local produce for which Provence is renown - from olive oil to fine wines & cheeses. There will also be visits to the surrounding countryside & historic neighbouring villages.

	Patrick & his team will guide & inspire you, & your spare time will be filled with new places to discover, & good restaurants to enjoy! During the afternoon & early evenings, Patrick Payet will display his culinary art & disclose the secrets of Provençal cuisine, whilst you enjoy several glasses of Chardonnay! Salud!
