5 days in the Loire - a food
lover’s paradise. Unpack and relax, you
stay here for the week. And we have a wide range
of cultural explorations; your experience will
be a journey of tastes. We feature a ‘Sample
Itinerary’ which offers a suggested culinary
program. Modifications to the program are easy
enough as we’re flexible. Each outing is
of course subject to weather, availability and
whether or not it compliments your interests.
Rest assured that an exceptional week is planned
to highlight the very best of the region. You
will enjoy fabulous wine tastings, informative
guided tours, markets and delicious gourmet food.

Day 1(overnight)
Arrive at Roissy Charles de Gaulle, Paris Airport, and then board the TGV high-speed train at the airport to whisk you away to arrive at St Pierre des Corps (Tours’ railway station). You will be met at the St Pierre des Corps Train Station & driven to your B&B Farmhouse.
Upon arrival you’ll be warmly welcomed by your hosts, you’ll share a drink and a welcome meal.
You’ll be shown your room and have some time to relax and unpack.
In your free time explore the surroundings – the garden or a walk and discover the park and walking trails. Consult your handy Safari Kit for local information…it’s an excellent resource and researched to ensure that your gastronomic experience is top notch.
Your first cooking class is at 5.00pm followed by dinner.

Day 2 (overnight)
Breakfast @ 9.00am
Wake up to your continental-style breakfast consisting of coffee, teas, hot chocolate, croissants, baguette, and bread with homemade jams, fruit juices and fresh seasonal fruits.

After a delicious breakfast to start your day, you’ll begin creating your second masterpiece in the kitchen…
In today’s hands-on cooking lesson you’ll prepare both lunch and dinner using fresh local ingredients. Your classes are offered by your own Chef - Monique Binet, she’ll teach you basic, simple French recipes that are excellent and can be easily reproduced in your kitchen at home.
2.00pm
After lunch you’ll visit a nearby Chenonceau Château, a charming Château that has withstood the test of time.
Return back home for drinks and dinner.
5.00pm
You’ll create a wonderful meal and enjoy your creation paired with unlimited Loire Valley wines. Some of the Loire Valley wines that you’ll taste include - Red Gamay, White Vouvray and a rare 1976 Bourgeuil (that is marvelous!).

This morning you’ll prepare lunch and dinner.

After lunch you’ll visit the town of Amboise and a popular wine cellar in Vouvray.
5.00pm
Return back home for your gastronomic dinner with a great selection of Loire Valley wines.

This morning you’ll prepare lunch and dinner.
2.00pm
After lunch you’ll visit the Gardens of Villandry, the most famous garden in France. Drive along the beautiful Indre River with visits to different vistas along the way.
Return back home for your final dinner with drinks.
5.00pm
Enjoy a gastronomic dinner with wine.
